Very nice. Went to Boston for a job interview with my 19 year old. The hotel gave us extended checkout so he could stay in the room until I returned. Very helpful with everything we needed. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable. I was very impressed.

A nice hotel right downtown, convenient for the sites we want to see the next day. With downtown traffic and parking a hassle, it was nice to be able to stay and park right in the middle of things. The room was pleasant and comfortable. The staff was nice. The only surprise we encountered was the price of parking. We expected to pay, but not as much as we did. It was $* per night at the hotel, $* at the public lots across the street. Like many downtown hotels, this one does not offer any free breakfast. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but there is also an Au Bon Pain bakery in the corner of the building (outside), and a Whole Foods market next door. So affordable eating options are readily available.

I booked this room for a family of four, with two young children. I could not have been happier with this hotel. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was a breeze. We arrived around 9:30 AM and we were able to leave the car, and our bags, until check in later in the afternoon. The hotel is in a great location-close(walking distance) to everything you would want if you are with kids (aquarium, quincy market, fanieul hall). We took the subway which was only two blocks away to the chldren's museum. We were also able to walk to boston commons and Cheers. There was a great bagel shop one block away which was great for a quick, easy breakfast. The room was a bit small, but that was the only negative. The staff went out of their way to help us with directions, It was a great experience and I would definitley stay again. The neighborhood (beacon Hill) is quiet and we felt very safe. My kids had a great time!

I loved my room, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean everywhere in bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom a little small. Nice shampoos, and lotions provided. Hairdryer, coffee maker etc. Very nice. Fitness center just o.k., but nice to have it. Special entrance opened onto a little shopping area which included Whole Foods, CVS, and other stores, so it was convenient. Overall feeling of hotel was bright and airy. Personnel friendly. Parking too expensive, but it is Boston. All parking in Boston is expensive. The towels provided were very nice, large, luxurious feeling and plentiful; not soft but big bath towels! My bed and pillows felt very luxurious and comfortable. Two computers were enclosed in a little room, and it was free to guests. Free computers is new for me, as many hotels charge per minute for internet access. The computer room was overly heated like a sauna. I didn't use room service so can't comment on that. Great location...near Starbuck's coffee shop and right off Cambridge street. In general I had a very very enjoyable stay at this hotel. I think the best thing was the upscale feeling of the hotel.
